Train as part of a community where unity and mutual support are at the heart of each session.

  • Strategic Programming: High-intensity, varied workouts to build functional strength and endurance. We use foundational weightlifting moves and basic gymnastics exercises.

  • Flexible Class Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 17:30, 18:30 and 19:30 pm. Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00, 8:00, 17:30, 18:30 and 19:30.

Reduced groups

A small group of three athletes and one coach, perfect for those who want focused attention.

  • Specialized Training: Sessions that improve advanced techniques and help you reach specific goals.

  • Immediate Feedback: Personalized adjustments to reduce risks and boost results.

  • Flexible Packages: Schedule your monthly sessions with the coach based on your availability.
